Privacy policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Effective 17 October 2026. Before describing a vehicle electrical concern, understand what remains in your browser, what happens when an email draft opens and what information is involved in delivering these pages. This policy follows that enquiry process and explains how to raise a personal-data request with the business.
1. Responsibility for this website
Prev Auto Electrical is the website presentation of AUTO ELETRICA PREV AUTO LTDA, registered under CNPJ 00.333.349/0001-45. The business address is ESTRADA DO GALEAO, 571, JARDIM GUANABARA, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ, 21931-383, Brazil. Questions about personal information associated with the site can be directed to that business. This notice concerns the informational pages and initial service enquiries. It does not claim that the website is a workshop booking system or a record of work performed on a vehicle.
2. Reading the electrical-service information
You do not need to identify yourself to read about the business, service topics or common questions. No account is created when you open these pages. The site does not connect to a vehicle, diagnostic reader or workshop management system, and it cannot obtain live fault codes, driving history or sensor readings. Descriptions of starting, charging or lighting concerns are general examples. Their display does not tell the business whether your vehicle has a particular fault.
3. Choosing what to say about a vehicle
A useful initial enquiry can describe a make, model, year and electrical symptom. You may explain whether the issue occurs intermittently, during starting or after a recent change. These details come from what you choose to write, rather than an automated inspection. Avoid including a full vehicle identification number, registration certificate, location history or another driver’s name unless a later, specific purpose requires it. A vehicle-related detail can still be personal information when it identifies an owner, driver or identifiable individual.
4. The fields available on each form
The home-page form contains name, email, an optional phone field and a message. The separate request page also has an optional city or area field. Name, email and a message are required by the form’s browser validation to prepare the draft. City or area helps explain an enquiry when location is relevant; it is not a request for your precise home location. A topic included in a request link may be shown and included as context. Neither form accepts an attachment or a payment.
Use your own reply details or details you are entitled to provide. A name and reply address are enough to start a conversation; the site does not ask for identity scans, banking access, insurance documents or photographs of registration papers. The message box is free text, so review it for unnecessary information before opening the draft. You can omit the optional fields without losing access to the website.
5. From form text to a draft in your email app
The page constructs a mailto link locally from the fields you complete. It asks your configured email application to prepare a message addressed to [email protected]. There is no form submission service receiving a copy in the background. You decide whether to send after inspecting the recipient, subject and message. The draft-opening action is not itself a transmission to the business, and the page’s status text is not an acknowledgement from a recipient.
Your email application may synchronize or save drafts under its own settings. That happens in your chosen service, beyond the page’s local form. If an email handler is not configured, a draft might not open. Closing a page does not necessarily remove a draft already saved by an email application. Review that application’s controls if you want to discard it.
6. Delivery and written requests
Mailbox delivery to the displayed address has not been verified. Treat a sent message and a received message as different events, particularly for a matter involving an existing service or a deadline. You can use written correspondence to the registered business address instead of relying on an unacknowledged email. Keep the content and any relevant delivery evidence. This website does not monitor your sent-mail folder, read delivery notifications or provide a tracking number for a privacy request.
7. Connection details needed to serve a page
When a browser requests this site, the web infrastructure receives connection details necessary to return it. Depending on the request, these can include an IP address, URL, time, browser information, referrer and response status. The hosting service and Cloudflare’s proxy and security layer handle those requests. This technical activity is separate from typing a symptom or contact detail into the form. Enter private information in neither a URL nor a request-topic query parameter, because a requested URL can appear in technical records.
Cloudflare also measures visits, page loading performance and network errors through its Insights beacon and browser network-error reporting. This technical measurement is separate from the name, email, optional phone, area and message fields used to prepare your enquiry draft. The enquiry form itself does not send a message or create a service booking.
8. Page assets, storage and browser controls
The site serves its fonts and decorative graphics locally. The dial is an illustration, and the street-pattern image is not an embedded map or a location-tracking tool. There are no embedded video players, social feeds or customer account widgets. The supplied page scripts do not store form values in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Browser autofill and email draft storage are features of your own software and can behave independently of these scripts.
Cloudflare security may apply technical checks or associated identifiers when protecting requests. Browser settings let you inspect or remove site data, although blocking security-related data can affect access. No marketing subscription is created by completing a form, and the website provides no advertising-preference switch. Technical processing in the delivery infrastructure should not be confused with a permission to use the content of a vehicle enquiry for a different purpose.
9. A received enquiry and its purpose
If the business receives your message, its practical purpose is to understand the electrical-service question and communicate about it. It may be necessary to clarify the vehicle, the symptom or the arrangements you are asking about. That initial message does not authorize repair work. The legal basis for a particular processing activity depends on its circumstances: a step you request in anticipation of a possible service, an applicable legal duty, or a justified interest in protecting website operation. Unrelated uses cannot be assumed from the act of browsing.
10. Providers, recipients and countries
Web hosting and Cloudflare are involved in page delivery; email providers become involved only when you use their applications or send correspondence. The website has no integration that forwards form entries to a repair marketplace, payment processor or advertising account. Processing locations can depend on provider infrastructure and internet routing, so a Brazilian business address does not mean every technical request stays within Brazil. Ask the business about the recipients and international processing relevant to a specific record if that information matters to your request.
11. Understanding retention and deletion
This static website does not maintain a customer profile, saved enquiry inbox or repair history accessible through a login. No fixed retention duration for technical logs or correspondence is represented here. To understand a particular record, ask whether it exists, what purpose it serves and what criteria determine its retention. A record may be held by a provider separately from information received by the business. Deleting local form text or a saved draft cannot erase copies of a message already delivered to someone else.
12. Requesting access, correction or another privacy right
Under applicable Brazilian data-protection rules, you may ask whether your personal information is processed, obtain access and request correction. Other rights can include information about sharing, portability subject to applicable rules, and deletion, anonymization or restriction in the circumstances established by law. Consent can be withdrawn when consent is the relevant basis; legal exceptions may affect deletion. The ANPD publishes official guidance about these rights. You may also raise an unresolved concern with that authority or another competent body.
For correspondence to the business, mark your request “Privacy” and identify the approximate date, communication channel and information concerned. State the change or explanation you seek and provide a way to reply. The address is ESTRADA DO GALEAO, 571, JARDIM GUANABARA, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ, 21931-383, Brazil. Begin with the minimum information needed to locate the interaction. If proof of identity is needed, clarify the reason and a suitable channel before providing documents.
13. Sensitive details and use by younger visitors
An enquiry about a vehicle electrical issue should not require health details, passwords, financial credentials or identity documents. Avoid including information about another person without a proper reason. There is no feature directed at collecting a child’s information, and a parent or guardian should handle any enquiry that would otherwise require such disclosure. If you believe unnecessary personal material was sent, identify the interaction when asking the business about it. Do not resend the sensitive material merely to describe the concern.
14. Reviewing this notice as the site changes
This version describes the enquiry tools and information pages available on the stated date. A future booking, upload or payment feature would need a description of the additional data and purpose before you use it. A policy edit alone does not create that feature or establish consent to a different use of an earlier message. Consult the Terms of use for the distinction between an enquiry and authorized work, and the Contact page for the practical contact process.
